Preheat oven to 450º. Place pork loin in a foiled 8x8 dish. Mix apple jelly and juice from 2 lemons. Reserve 1/3 cup of juice mixture to baste pork. Cut last lemon in half and add juice and jelly mixture to pork. Cover with foil and cook about 1 1/2 hour. Baste every 30 min.
