2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, with juice
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
salt and pepper
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except muffin mix. Once ingredients are well blended, fold in muffin mix. Bake in greased casserole at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
