3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 (4 oz) bar cooking chocolate, grated
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with 1 tsp. vanilla to form soft peaks. Combine 3/4 c. sugar and baking powder, gradually add to egg mixture. Reserve 2 tbsp. of the chocolate, fold remainder into egg mixture along with cracker crumbs and pecans. Spread into greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool

Whip cream. Add sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Spread over cooled pie and sprinkle with reserved chocolate. Chill 3 hours.
