1 leg of lamb - 6 1/2 - 7 lbs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 T curry powder
1 1/2 T whole oregano
1 T minced garlic
1 bottle white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, pepper and all condiments and rub over meat. Put in bowl and pour in wine. Marinate 5-6 hrs or overnight.

On barbecue grill 4 inches over hot fire and brown quickly. Move farther away from fire and slowly cook 45 min to 1 hr or 140 on themometer. Can also be roasted in oven.
