2 c tomato juice
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c sugar
salt and pepper to taste

1 c green pepper chopped
1 c celery chopped
1 small onion chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomato juice, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper for 5 minutes until simmering and sugar is disolved.

Add 2T (2 pkgs) of KNOX Gelatin disolved in 1/2 c water. Remove from heat and pour into dish.

When begins to set add green pepper, celery and onion. Refrigerate until set firmly.

This recipe came from Aunt Dot. Maxine would put into a ring mold and then put cottage cheese in to the center to serve.
