2 tbsp. margerine
1 1/2 lbs top sirloin or roundsteak cut into thin strips
1 1/2 onions, chopped
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. sherry
1 1/2 c sour cream with 1 tbsp. flour stirred into it

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margerine and cook onions until golden. Add meat and cook until browned. Add mushrooms, bayleaf and seasonings. Simmer over low heat for an hour, stirring occasionally. Add sherry and simmer for 10 minutes more. Remove from heat. Addd sour cream and stur until warm through, but don't boil. Serve over warm noodles or rice.
