Roast Beef cut in strips
2 stalks celery
6 green onions

Dressing:
1 T capir
1/8 c white wine vinegar
1/8 c olive oil
salt and pepper
2 T Dijon mustard
1 egg boiled

Directions:
Directions:
Whip all ingredients and pour over beef and vegetables. Serve on bed of lettuce.
