1 c olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
Crisp Romaine and iceberg lettuce

Mix olive and garlic. Assemble ingredients with salad greens. Heat 1/2 oil and garlic mixture in skillet and brown 2 c dry bread cubes in this.

Wash lettuce - drain and chill.

When ready to serve, put remaining oil over lettuce and 1/2 t salt and pepper.

Break raw egg over greens plus 2 lemons over egg. Toss greens till well coated with egg and put in bread cubes.

Sprinkle over 1/2 c Parmesan cheese.
