2 c sliced celery
2 c brussel sprouts
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c sherry
1/2 pkg smoked, processed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables separately in boiling salted water until tender. Add soup. Stir until smooth. Add cheese, broken into small pieces and heat only to the boiling point. Add sherry and well-drained vegetable. Season with salt, pepper, 2 T butter.
