One box (6 oz) Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
1 chicken (2 1/2 - 3 lbs)
Salt and pepper
Garlic Powder
1 can condensed onion soup
1 soup can water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour packet of rice and packet of seasoning into baking pan. Cut chicken into pieces and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, on top of rice. Combine soup and water and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered in 375 oven for 1 hour.
