Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c melted butter
Mix together and press into bottom of 9x13 pan (can use 8x12)

Layer One:
2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Blend together and pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Layer Two:
2 c canned pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/2 t salt
1 T cinnamon
Cook on top of stove until thickened. Remove from heat.

Dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 c water. Stir into pumpkin mixture.

Mix 1/4 c sugar and 3 beaten egg whites. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour pumpkin mixture over cooled cheese layer. Top with cool whip. Refrigerate.
