1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 t. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. applesauce
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and stir until all are moistened.

Pour into greased 8" square pan.

Bake at 350º - 30 - 35 minutes.
