8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
4 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Thoroughly cream together cream cheese and butter. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. ( You may need to adjust the sugar for easier spreadability. If not thick enought add a little more sugar; if too thick add a little cream or evaporated milk.)
