2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb cooked shrimp
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese cubes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons green pepper
2 tablespoons onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon worcheshire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
