1 large ham slice
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 small or medium can of crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
In a non-stick skillet, melt butter and add ham slice over medium-high heat.
Score the edges of the ham to keep slice from curling. Saute ham for 2 minutes and turn it over.
Sprinkle on brown sugar and cloves.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add crushed pineapple. Turn heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes.
Cover with lid, turn heat to low and cook for 25 minutes turning ham slice once. Serves 3.
(Or serves 2 with a leftover ham slice for a sandwich the next day!)
