2 cans tuna (small) 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. fresh onion 1 c. frozen peas 4 hard boiled eggs Mayo to moisten Shoestring potatoes
Combine all ingredients, except shoestring potatoes. Add mayo and mix well. When ready to serve, add shoestring potatoes. We put shoestring potatoes on the table and let people add them just before eating, so they don't get soggy!
