1/2 cup (4 fl. oz.) fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup (4 fl. oz.) fresh orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 skinless chicken breast halves, boned

Directions:

In a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, ginger, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Arrange the chicken breasts in a shallow non-aluminum container and pour the lemon juice mixture evenly over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.

Prepare a fire in a grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Boil the remaining marinade and reserve. Arrange the chicken on the the grill rack. Grill turning two or three times and brushing with the reserved marinade, until the chicken is opaque throughout and the juices run clear, 14 - 20 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to warmed individual plartes and serve at once.
