1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 lb bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
1 large sweet onion, chopped finely
6 Hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. pkg frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 cup mayonnaise

All above ingredients sizes may be increased as you like for additional layering.

Directions:
In a large glass bowl, shredded lettuce, cover with sliced eggs, then onion, then peas, then mayonnaise and top with crumpled bacon and cheese. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. I usually make several layers. Enjoy!
