12 large eggs
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese Grated
2 cups Cottage cheese (small curd)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all the of the ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish (I would spray with Pam first). Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top's golden brown. This a large crowd pleaser for breakfast.
