2 pkg of cream cheese (softened)
1 - 15 oz can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small pkg of sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a bowl, add green pepper, onion, and crushed pineapple (drained very well). Mix all ingredients together (except almonds) and form a ball. Place the almonds on a plate, roll the cheese ball onto the almonds coating the ball all over with almonds. Place the cheese ball on a plate, cover with plastic and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hr before serving. Serve with crackers and watch it go....
