Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) box pitted dates
30 pecan halves
1 lb bacon cut in half
toothpicks

Directions:
Slit the side of each date and place a pecan inside, wrap the date with a 1/2 slice of bacon and hold together with a toothpick. Continue until all of the bacon is used or make as many as you want. Bake in a 400 degree oven for approx 12-15 minutes. I usually turn each one once to get crispy on both sides. When the bacon is pretty crispy, remove from oven and remove each one from pan and place on paper towel to get excess grease off, they are ready to eat! Bet you can't eat just one! Very easy to make.
