Directions:
Take out pastry to defrost if well in advance. Once defrosted either roll out to a round shape or in case of filo dough put brie in center on a pan sprayed with Pam or layered parchment paper. Spread preserves over top of brie, top with brown sugar and other spices. Pickup dough around brie and bring all sides together encasing the brie like a beggars bag and pinch together. Beat Egg with a little water and brush all over dough. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until dough is shiny and golden brown. Serve immediately, best when hot with crackers.
