3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup and 2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted butter

sugar/cinnamon or powdered sugar to taste
topping ideas: applesauce, strawberries, blueberry pie filling, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Blend with mixer. Refridgerate at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Spread mixture on hot griddle/frying pan, cooking both sides.

Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon or powdered sugar to taste, roll up and top with applesauce or strawberries, whipped cream, etc.
