2 tsp. olive oil

6 boneless pork chops

1 c. cream or chicken soup

1 c. cream of mushroom soup

1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained

1 c. milk

2 tsp. minced fresh garlic



1 medium onion (sliced)

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops and onions. Drain excess fat.

2. Place pork chops and onions in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients over top. Cover, cook on low 8-10 hours. Adjust seasonings to your liking. Serve with rice.
