1/3 c. Red Wine Vinagrette or Italian salad dressing 6 c. torn fresh spinach leaves 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onions 4 strips bacon
In bowl, combine spinach and onions. Fry bacon in pan until crispy. Reserve 1/2 of the bacon drippings. Saute mushrooms in bacon/grease mixture until mushrooms are slightly cooked. Add vinagrette/salad dressing and pour over spinach. Eat immediately
