1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Large Ripe bananas, mashed
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. baking Soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy; stir in bananas.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add to banana mixture. Stir in sour cream and mix until smooth.

Pour into pan and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
