8 uncooked manicotti shells
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 Tbs. crumbled feta cheese
4 Tbs. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
Garlic-Mushroom Sauce (see below)

Ingredients for sauce:
4 Tbs. butter/margarine
4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
4 Tbs. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2/3 c. dry sherry or dry white wine
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook and drain manicotti shells as directed on package. Make Garlic-Mushroom sauce in same saucepan.

Mix cream cheese, feta cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl, using fork, until well blended. Stir in ham and chives; fill each shell with cheese mixture. Pour half of the sauce into greased baking dish. Arrange filled shells in dish and spoon remaining sauce over shells. Cover and bake about 20 minutes.

Garlic-Mushroom Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in sherry, lemon juice, lemon pepper and salt. Cook over medium-high heat about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almost all liquid has evaporated. Stir in whipping cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil over medium-high heat about 1 minute until slightly thickened.บบบบบ
