2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped green onions
10 flour tortillas
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cooked ham, green onions and cheese down center of each tortilla. Roll tortillas and place, seam side down, in greased baking dish. Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients in large bowl. Pour evenly over tortillas, cover and refridgerate for at least 8 hours. Remove from refridgerator and let stand for 30 minutes before baking. Bake, covered, at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3-4 minutes more.
