1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper- to taste
8 romaine lettuce leaves

Toppings/Fillings:
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese- shredded
4 tbsp low fat sour cream
4 tbsp chopped cilantro
4 tbsp salsa

In a skillet, cook the turkey with all the seasonings until well browned and crumbly. Blot any excess grease with paper towels

Place a row of cooked turkey down the middle of a Romaine leaf and top with the toppings.
