1 round steak or roast
1 chopped onion
2 bell peppers cut in 1" pieces
6 medium potatoes, cubed
4 carrots cut 1/2" thick
2 chopped turnips
2-3 cans cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into 1" cubes; brown in large pan or dutch oven. Combine other ingredients in pan, add water to fill, seasoning to taste. Cook until carrots and potatoes are done. You can add other vegetables that you like.
