1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream style corn
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
3 slices bacon, drained
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, corn, egg , onion, salt and pepper, and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs in casserole dish. Place diced bacon on top and sprinkle on 1/4 cup crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
