1 dozen eggs
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 pound grated Monterrey jack cheese (4 cups)
1 4-oz. can diced green chili (or 8oz if really like chili)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter well 9 X 13" pan
Lay green chili and cheese in bottom of pan.
Combine eggs and sour cream. Beat well.
Pour egg mixture in pan over cheese and green chili

Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees until done and puffy
