Dough:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup Crisco
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 cup cold water

Filling:
1 tbsp Crisco
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (15-16 oz) green beans, drained
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (10-oz) tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Double Crust: Preheat oven to 400ºF (for metal pie plates, 425ºF). Cut Crisco into flour with pastry blender or 2 knives. Mix onion salt and water. Sprinkle on water a tablespoon at a time; toss lightly with a fork. Cut pastry in half and roll out. Put into bottom of pie pan. Add filling and cover with top crust. Fold top crust under edge of bottom crust; seal and flute with fingers. Cut slits into top crust. Bake for 25 minutes.

Filling: In skillet heat Crisco. Add beef and onion, cook until meat is brown. Stir in beans, soup and seasonings. Pour into pastry lines pie plate.
