6-7 medium potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup grated cheese
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with jackets on. Cool; peel and grate. Add 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix soup and sour cream. Mix corn flakes and softened 2 tbsp butter. Add onions and cheese to potatoes, toss with a fork. Add soup and toss lightly. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Use 3 quart casserole dish.
