1 Gallon Freezer Container
5 qts milk
3 cups sugar
1 cup flour
6 eggs, separated
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp lemon flavoring
1 pint cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, combine 2 cups sugar, flour, egg yolks and make smooth paste. Add to milk, stirring constantly. When done, remove from fire and freeze. When partly frozen, add beaten egg whites, cream and remainder of sugar. (To make caramel ice cream, caramelize the sugar).
