4 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions
1 14-oz bottle catsup
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven or roasting pan, cook and stir ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling, stirring frequently.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cool; divide among pint freezer containers and freeze for future use. Or, use portion of hot mixture for sloppy joe's.
