Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup boiling water
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp flour
2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 lemon, grated rind and juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cornstarch & sugar. Add boiling water, stirring constantly. Boil slowly 10 minutes. Stir in beaten egg yolks and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and rind. Fill baked crusts. Cover with meringue. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
