4 salmon fillets
2 T dijon mustard
2 T melted butter
4 t honey
1/4 c fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c finely chopped pecans
2 t chopped parsley
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, butter and honey in small bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley, set aside. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Brush each fillet with mustard honey mixture. Pat top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture. Bake 450 for 10 min per inch of thickness or til salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedge.
