1 cup butter
1 cup sucanat or brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
6 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, flour and vanilla with a pastry blender. Stir in chips. Pat into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
