1 cup cooked brown rice
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp basil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 3 quart baking dish. Put in a little tomato sauce on bottom of dish. Mix rice, sauce, spices, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Put in baking dish. Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
