4-6 chicken breast
1 can of tomato soup
1 c of beer
1 t oregano
1/4 c chopped onion
1 T curry powder
2 T margarine
pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, saute onion in margarine. Add oregano and curry powder. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Arrange chciken in baking dish. Pour mixture over. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes. "Chris's favorite"

Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
