1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 bunch, watercress, large stems removed
1 c. finely shredded red cabbage
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
3 oz. each Monterrey Jack, swill, and cheddar cheese, cut in strips

Mix and toss all together. Add dressing and toss. Serve immediately.
