1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
1 c. diced apples, peeled
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterrey Jack or Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve in Jello in water, stir in yogurt. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened. Then add cheese, apples, and celery. Pour into mold until firm. Mount on lettuce leaves to serve.
