2 cups cranberries, chopped
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. orange juice
2 eggs, well-beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Put in greased and floured bread loaf pans. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
