1/2 stick butter
2/3 c chopped red bell pepper
1 lb medium fresh shrimp, peeled and chopped coarsley
1/3 c sliced green onion
1 c sour cream
1 c shredded parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add red bell pepper and cook 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp and green onion, cook 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream, cheeses and mayo. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake 30-35 min at 350 until lightly brown. Serve warm with crackers or french bread.
