Pie Filling:

3 oz Old Nellie's Key Lime Juice

Meringue:
4 egg whites
1 1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Separate egg yolks and egg whites in two mixing bowls. Set aside whites for meringue. Beat egg yokes until smooth and then beat in condensed milk. Gradually beat in key lime juice. Pie filling will begin to thicken. Pour pie filling into pie crust and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes on 325 degrees while preparing meringue.

Beat egg whites on high until they are stiff and form a peak (be careful not to get anything in the egg whites before beating or they will not stiffen) Gradually add sugar beating continuously. Beat in vanilla and spoon meringue onto top of pie filling. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until meringue is golden. Cool for 30 minutes and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
