4-6 Pork Chops
Crisco spray
flour
water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet at medium heat with little Crisco or spray. Salt chops or steak and flour lightly. Fry with lid on 1 hour. Turn as they brown. Maybe turn heat down. Last 15 min. add 1/4 c water.

For us, we peel and half a few small potatoes and put with meat 40 minutes. Brown from pan should make good gravy.
