One flank steak oil butter onion, chopped mushrooms garlic 1/'2 c white win
Tenderize steak by poking holes with fork and pour a little water on it.
Heat oil with butter (1/2 and 1/2). Saute 10 minutes on both sides in frying pan. Cut up onion and add with mushrooms and garlic, saute all. Add white wine and bring to simmer. Slice steak thin or diagonal. Pour sauce over and serve.
