2 lb pork tenderloin
1/2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c red wine
1 (.75oz) package dry brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with salt, peppr and garlic powder. Top with onion and celery, pour wine over all. BAke in 350 for 45 minutes. When done baking, remove meat from baking dish and place on serving platter. Pour gravy mix into baking dish with wine and cooking juices and stir until thickened. Cover meat with gravy.
