1 lb ziti pasta
1 onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
6 oz provolone cheese, slices
1 1/2 c sour cream
6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 T grated parmesan cheese (I use more)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Ziti pasta til al dente-about 8 minutes, drain. In skillet brown onion and ground beef.Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 min. In buttered 9X13 baking dish, layer as follows: 1/2 ziti, prov. cheese slices, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozz. cheese and remaining sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 30 min or til cheeses are melted.
